Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have never had a pacemaker or a defibrillator implanted before.
- You had a heart attack (MI) at least 3 months ago.
- You have heart failure symptoms classified as NYHA class II or III.
- Your heart’s pumping strength (LVEF) is 35% or lower after the heart attack.
- You have been on best heart medications (OMT) for at least 3 months, and you can sign consent.
