Who can take part

  • You need a donor (allogeneic) stem cell transplant
  • You must be from birth to age 70
  • You (or a legal caregiver) can understand the study and sign consent
  • You must be in one of the study groups based on whether you’re getting conditioning (intensive chemo) or additional “CD34+ topoff” cells
  • For the “CD34+ topoff” groups, you must have at least one issue: mixed donor cells, weak marrow/blood counts, or relapsed/persistent disease
