Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have one of these conditions: acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), Hodgkin disease (HD), or chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and you need a stem cell transplant.
- You have a suitable donor: a matched sibling, matched unrelated donor, haploidentical (half-matched) family donor, or a one-antigen mismatched unrelated donor.
- You are able to care for yourself (performance status of at least 70%).
- Your major organs (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) work well enough, as shown by standard tests.
- You are not pregnant and do not have an active uncontrolled infection or active central nervous system (brain/spinal cord) disease.
