Who can take part
- You have a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs)
- Your type of pulmonary hypertension fits one of these: PAH, CTEPH, PH from left-heart disease, PH from lung disease, or certain post-surgery/Fontan-related cases
- You recently started one of these medicines (or a combination) within the last 3 months: endothelin receptor blockers, PDE-5 inhibitors, sGC stimulators, or prostacyclins
- You (or your legal guardian) can sign written informed consent
- You have not been on the same class of lung pressure medicines for more than 3 months before joining (there are key exceptions for some PAH-CHD cases)
