- Your spinal cord injury level is from C4 to T12
- Your injury severity is ASIA A, B, or C (not the more mild/unknown categories)
- Your injury happened more than 6 months ago
- You have working, responsive core and pelvic muscle function
- You do not have serious uncontrolled mood or substance-use problems
- You do not have major balance history issues or recent medical/orthopedic problems
