Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that is metastatic or can’t be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor test shows a specific gene change: RET fusion/variant (including after a RET inhibitor), or ROS1 fusion, or NTRK fusion, or higher MET activity, or higher AXL activity.
- You are at least 18 years old and can do cancer measurement scans (measurable disease).
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (Karnofsky score above 70%).
- Your blood and organ test results are within limits (enough white blood cells, platelets, kidney function, and liver tests).
- You can swallow pills and agree to contraception rules if you could become pregnant.
