Who can take part

  • You have squamous cell lung cancer confirmed by a pathology test (biopsy/surgery).
  • Your cancer has come back or spread (recurrent or metastatic).
  • You’ve already had first treatment with platinum chemotherapy plus immunotherapy, either together or one after the other.
  • Your tumor must have a matching genetic finding called NSD3 gain/amplification from an approved lab test (often NGS/ctDNA testing).
  • You must be well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2) and have blood/liver/kidney/clotting tests within required limits.
  • You must be able to swallow the study capsules and meet safety heart and infection rules (including no recent heart attacks/unstable chest pain and no uncontrolled serious infections).
