Who can take part
- You have a burn injury that needs debridement and skin grafting
- Your burn area is between 5% and 30% of total body surface area
- Your burns are not on the head/neck, hands, feet, or genitals
- You are not taking blood thinners (anticoagulants), except usual NSAID pain medicines
- You are not taking MAO inhibitors or certain antidepressants (tricyclics)
- You do not have certain heart/blood vessel conditions or medication/health issues (see questions)
