Who can take part

  • You’re between 1 and 50 years old
  • You have a “high-risk” solid tumor diagnosis with a less than 10% expected chance of survival
  • A related donor can be found who is a close partial match for your immune tissue type (HLA) and shares at least one matching set across key HLA genes
  • You’ve had standard treatment for your cancer, and either it didn’t work well enough, it came back, or your cancer situation fits the trial’s high-risk categories
  • Your organs (heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs) work well enough for transplant
  • You can agree to the treatment plan and you’re willing to take part in all stages; pregnant people can’t enroll
