Who can take part

  • You are 18–65 years old.
  • You have a high- or very-high-risk blood cancer (like certain AML, MDS, ALL, CML blast crisis, or specific lymphoma/multiple myeloma situations).
  • You have already had an allogeneic (donor) bone marrow transplant, and you have at least one suitable haploidentical or matched donor.
  • Your ability to do daily activities is fairly good (Karnofsky score 60% or higher).
  • Your heart, lung, kidney, and liver tests meet study limits (for example, heart pumping strength ≥45%).
  • If you could become pregnant or impregnate someone, you must use highly effective birth control starting now and for 1 year after transplant.
