Who can take part
- You had a stroke and now have arm or leg weakness
- Your weakness is mild to moderate (MRC grade 0 to 4)
- Your stroke was more than 2 weeks ago
- You are 18 years or older and can give informed consent
- You do not have a history of seizures or epilepsy
- You do not have certain metal or implanted devices that could be unsafe with magnetic stimulation
