Who can take part
- Ages 6 to 70
- You have a confirmed GATA2 gene change, reduced GATA2 expression, or MonoMAC syndrome
- You’ve had serious or disfiguring infections and/or bone marrow immune problems from missing immune cell types
- You must have a suitable stem cell donor (a close tissue match, or a half-match donor from a family member)
- Tests must show your heart, kidneys, liver, and lungs can handle strong treatment
