Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have a matched related or unrelated donor willing to donate stem cells.
- You have one of these blood disorders: AML, MDS, myelofibrosis, CMML, or ALL, and your disease is in remission or at a certain risk level.
- Your heart, lungs, kidney, and liver function meet specific thresholds (ejection fraction ≥45%, DLCO ≥50%, creatinine clearance >50, etc.).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use contraception for 12 months after transplant.
- You have not had a prior stem cell transplant or used an investigational drug in the last 28 days.
