Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your aortic problem must be one of the listed complex aneurysm/dissection types (for example, near the kidneys or in the chest/arch) and reach a size or growth level the trial considers high risk
- If your aneurysm has grown quickly, or is a certain shape (like saccular) or judged at rupture risk by your doctor, you may qualify
- You must not be eligible for standard, commercially available stent-grafts (or you may need a combined chest/arch problem repair)
- Your blood vessel anatomy (access and landing zones) must be suitable for this specific device, including enough size/length and enough room to keep at least one “hypogastric” artery working
