Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 years or older).
  • Your aorta aneurysm is complex enough to need a custom-made “fenestrated” stent graft.
  • Your aneurysm is large (at least 5.0 cm or about twice the usual size) or has been growing fast (about 0.5 cm per year or more).
  • Your doctor has judged the aneurysm is at significant rupture risk (for some aneurysm shapes).
  • You can and will follow the trial’s follow-up visits and scans.
  • You can give informed consent; you are not pregnant or breastfeeding; you have an expected survival of at least 2 years.
