Who can take part

  • You are an adult age 18 or older
  • You can hold your breath for up to 16 seconds during the scan
  • You do not have a known heart defect
  • You are not pregnant (or testing confirms you aren’t)
  • You do not have uncontrolled asthma—no rescue inhaler 2+ times in the last month
  • You do not have a recent breathing infection or worsening breathing symptoms (within the past week)
