  • You’re between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have kidney problems (Stages III or IV) OR you are a kidney transplant recipient
  • You usually exercise less than 20 minutes, twice per week
  • You must be able to follow study instructions and cooperate
  • You must be able to exercise on a stationary bicycle
