  • You have progressive ataxia (balance/coordination problems that are getting worse)
  • Your ataxia does not have another clear cause found by doctors
  • Genetic testing shows one of these: SCA1, SCA2, SCA3, or SCA6
  • You (or your legal representative) can sign consent to take part
