Who can take part
- You must have had a stroke or TIA within the last 10 days (confirmed by MRI for stroke, and TIA must meet risk criteria).
- You must be able and willing to join for about 36 months of follow-up visits or check-ins.

- You must have health insurance coverage to be part of the study.
