This study is building a standard imaging database for people who have recently had a stroke. By participating, you will help doctors better understand how to use different types of scans to diagnose and treat cerebrovascular disease.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- Your symptoms started within the last 7 days.
- You have been diagnosed with a stroke (either due to a blockage or bleeding) confirmed by a CT or MRI scan.
- You do not have other brain conditions such as infection, epilepsy, or metabolic brain disease.
- You are able to have multimodal CT, MRI, or functional near-infrared imaging, and you can complete the study follow-ups.
- Your life expectancy is more than 3 months.
