Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have a mental health diagnosis such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or schizophreniform disorder.
  • You have never taken anti-psychotic (anti-psychosis) medication before.
  • You can take part in hospital or outpatient follow-up and can give written consent.
  • A physical check finds no major medical problems.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you can’t join; if you could get pregnant, you must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test.
