Who can take part

  • You can sign informed consent and are an adult (over 18).
  • You are able to undergo surgery with anesthesia (for a Whipple or distal pancreatectomy).
  • Your pancreatic cancer is not metastatic, and it is considered borderline resectable or locally advanced.
  • You recently had chemo and radiation before surgery (about 4 to 10 weeks earlier).
  • Your chemo/radiation plan fits specific types and timing (gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel or FOLFIRINOX; radiation type and dose limits).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no current plan to join another trial.
