Who can take part
- You have pancreatic cancer that is “borderline resectable” or “locally advanced,” or you can’t safely have surgery (medically inoperable).
- You’re age 18 or older, and you’re doing well day-to-day (performance status 0–1).
- You’ve had at least 2 months of chemotherapy before starting the radiation study treatment.
- Your lymph nodes are limited: up to 3 nearby involved nodes are allowed, and they must sit next to the main tumor.
- You can pause breathing for radiation planning: one breath-hold of at least 20 seconds, plus repeat holds of at least 10 seconds when asked.
- You’re able to pause systemic (cancer) therapy before and during the radiation schedule as required, and you can sign consent.
