Who can take part
- You’re an adult age 18 to 84 and having endoscopic surgery to remove a pituitary tumor
- Your pituitary tumor diagnosis is one of these: nonfunctioning adenoma, acromegaly, or prolactinoma
- You can read or understand English and complete questionnaires about nasal symptoms (ASK Nasal-12 and SNOT-22)
- You can safely give informed consent and do not have any other major condition the study doctor feels would make the study unsafe
- You are not allergic (or intolerant) to the antibiotics used in the study
- You do not have certain other sinus problems or need treatments that are excluded (like active sinusitis or prior sinus surgery)
