Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 to 84) getting endoscopic surgery to remove a pituitary tumor or related cyst
- Your surgery will go in through both nostrils (a “two-nostril” approach)
- You can speak/read English well enough to answer two questionnaires about nose symptoms
- You do not currently have a sinus infection or active sinusitis
- You have no history of chronic sinusitis or previous sinonasal (nose/sinus) surgery
- You are not pregnant and you can sign informed consent
