Cell therapy for relapsed or refractory AML with NPM1 mutation

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your leukemia (AML) has come back or hasn't gotten better after at least two rounds of standard treatment.
  • You must have a specific blood marker called HLA-A*02:01.
  • Your leukemia cells must have a mutation in the NPM1 gene.
  • You need to have a white blood cell count of at least 1000, with less than half of those cells being leukemia cells.
