Who can take part

  • Be between 6 and 23 years old
  • Have a diagnosis (or strong suspicion) of autoimmune liver disease such as AIH or PSC
  • You have not had a liver transplant in the past
  • You are not pregnant and can follow pregnancy rules during the study
  • You can safely have an MRI (no incompatible metal/pacemaker, and not severely claustrophobic)
