Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed solid cancer diagnosis in the body (certain types like small cell lung cancer are excluded)
  • You have a good enough functional status and can complete study visits and brain testing (English is required)
  • You have 1 to 10 brain metastases, and no more than two are large (cavities/lesions 3 cm or bigger)
  • Your kidney function labs are adequate (creatinine and creatinine clearance meet thresholds)
  • You can have safe pregnancy prevention: pregnancy test (if applicable) is negative and you use reliable birth control for 4 months after the last dose
  • Your seizure control is stable (more than 1 seizure per week in the past 2 months is not allowed)
