Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by a pathology (tumor tissue) test
- Your cancer is advanced (stage IV, or a certain difficult stage IIIB), or it came back after earlier treatment
- Your tumor test shows an EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation
- Your cancer has measurable signs on scans, and all known tumor sites must be measured within 4 weeks
- You have had at least one prior treatment for advanced lung cancer, but you cannot have had osimertinib before
- You must have adequate blood counts and organ function based on recent lab tests (within 4 weeks)
