  • You are age 18 to 50
  • Your ankle MRI shows Hepple V osteochondral (cartilage/bone) damage in the talus
  • You’ve had ankle pain for a while and non-surgical care (like rest and anti-inflammatory pills) didn’t help for over 3 months
  • You can have surgery and follow-up visits, and you can sign consent
  • You are not currently in other drug or device trials (and haven’t been in the last 6 months)
