Who can take part
- You have had a first stroke, either within the last 21 days or at least 6 months ago
- You have moderate-to-severe arm movement problems on the affected side
- You can move at least some muscles on your affected shoulder and elbow on purpose
- You can pay attention, understand, and follow instructions for a training task
- You can fully see and understand the screen during the exercises (no major vision field loss)
- No major ongoing issues that stop participation, like severe arm pain, new spasticity treatment, or recent study/drug work for the same arm
