Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your daily functioning is fairly good (ECOG 0–1)
- You have metastatic breast cancer in the brain with at least 2 untreated MRI-visible spots, each at least 3 mm
- The targeted brain spots are not too large (each under 4 cm across) and there are at least 2 in a recent MRI within 2 weeks
- You can sign consent and have enough blood and organ function based on labs
- You can’t have had the specific spots treated with stereotactic radiosurgery before (though previous resection may be allowed if residual size is under 4 cm)
