Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain (at least one brain lesion larger than 5mm on MRI).
- You have not had any previous treatment for your lung cancer or brain metastases.
- Your tumor does not have changes in the EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 genes.
- You are at least 18 years old and feel well enough to carry out daily activities (KPS score 70 or higher).
- You do not have severe autoimmune diseases, active infections, or other uncontrolled medical conditions.
