Who can take part
- You’re 18–65 and able to sign the consent form
- Your neck problem started after a clear injury event less than 10 years ago
- You have mainly upper-neck symptoms: headache since the injury plus dizziness/vertigo/imbalance or visual changes
- Your disability score is moderate: NDI percent must be at least 30 and not above 56
- Imaging must show specific upper-neck alignment findings (not just signal changes on MRI)
- You’ve tried non-surgical care long-term but it didn’t help, and you strongly want to avoid surgery
