Who can take part

  • You’re 18–65 and able to sign the consent form
  • Your neck problem started after a clear injury event less than 10 years ago
  • You have mainly upper-neck symptoms: headache since the injury plus dizziness/vertigo/imbalance or visual changes
  • Your disability score is moderate: NDI percent must be at least 30 and not above 56
  • Imaging must show specific upper-neck alignment findings (not just signal changes on MRI)
  • You’ve tried non-surgical care long-term but it didn’t help, and you strongly want to avoid surgery
