Who can take part
- You have a neck nerve problem called cervical radiculopathy or spinal cord problem called myelopathy
- Your symptoms match worn disc disease at exactly two adjacent neck levels between C2 and T1
- Your imaging (MRI/CT/x-ray) shows the problem at the level being treated matches your symptoms
- Your symptoms are significant (NDI score 30 or more and/or mJOA score 16 or less)
- You have either tried non-surgical treatments for at least 6 weeks without enough relief, or your symptoms are getting worse
- You can read, speak, and understand the consent form and agree to follow study instructions
