Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 or older with confirmed prostate cancer that is adenocarcinoma.
- Your test results show an HRD (DNA repair) problem in tumor and/or blood samples using an approved test.
- Your prostate cancer is at a stage called mCRPC, and PSA is rising on two blood tests at least a week apart despite castrate-level testosterone.
- Your testosterone is kept very low (below 1.7 nmol/L) using an LHRH medicine or after having surgery to remove the testicles at least 1 year ago.
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and bone marrow numbers are strong enough for treatment (including safe blood counts).
- You can provide stored tumor tissue or agree to a new biopsy, and you can follow all study visits and tests.
