Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign informed consent
- You will get a focused type of radiation called SBRT (or a similar high-dose plan) to lung cancer spots that are progressing
- Your cancer progression is limited to fewer than 5 spots (oligoprogression)
- You have had prior metastatic treatment that included immunotherapy or a targeted pill for lung cancer (TKI)
- You have not taken certain medicines recently (antibiotics/antifungals/antivirals/anti-parasitics, or immune-suppressing drugs like steroids/methotrexate)
