Who can take part
- You have confirmed non-small cell lung cancer on biopsy (any lung cancer subtype).
- Your lung cancer is early stage I or II based on the AJCC TNM system (8th edition).
- You feel well enough for treatment, with an ECOG score of 0 to 1 (usually fully active or limited in strenuous activity).
- You must not have serious reasons you cannot safely have either surgery or SBRT (radiation).
- You can and are willing to sign written consent for both treatment and study participation.
