Who can take part
- You have relapsed multiple myeloma that can be measured, and you previously had a stem cell transplant using your own cells (ASCT).
- Your first worsening after that first transplant happened at least 12 months later, and you now need treatment.
- You’re 18 or older, and your general function is good enough to do everyday activities (ECOG 0–2).
- Recent blood tests are high enough: neutrophils (ANC) and platelets (with specific allowances depending on bone marrow involvement).
- Your kidneys, liver, lungs, and heart function must meet study safety cutoffs based on recent lab tests and scans.
- You must be able to use reliable birth control if you could become pregnant, and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
