Ixazomib plus lenalidomide compared to ixazomib alone for myeloma maintenance

Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that is causing symptoms, and it has “high-risk” genetic features (like 17p deletion, TP53 mutation, or certain chromosome changes).
  • You’ve finished initial treatment called VRD (bortezomib/ixazomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone) and consolidation, and you plan to start maintenance therapy.
  • Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0 to 3).
  • You’re expected to live more than 6 months and are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your organs can handle treatment: kidneys, liver, lungs, and heart tests must meet safety limits.
  • You can follow the study plan and sign informed consent.
