Who can take part
- You have breast cancer proven by pathology (ER-positive and HER2-negative), and it’s stage III not operable or stage IV metastatic
- Your scans (CT or PET-CT) show measurable tumors you can track
- You are 18 years or older, with good general strength/activity (ECOG 0–1) and expected survival of at least 3 months
- You have had at least two hormone-therapy treatments, including an aromatase inhibitor (for example, anastrozole/letrozole/exemestane)
- You may have had up to 2 lines of chemotherapy for advanced disease (not counting pre-surgery or pre-treatment settings), and you must be off chemotherapy for at least 21 days
- If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to reliable birth control during the study and for 120 days after the last dose
