Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have a bileaflet mechanical heart valve in your aortic valve area placed at least 3 months ago
- You (or your legal decision-maker) can sign consent to join the study
- You do not have any additional mechanical heart valve implanted in any location
- Your target INR plan will not go below 2.0
- You are not pregnant and do not expect to become pregnant during the study
