Who can take part

  • You must have had a successful mitral valve repair with a TEER procedure.
  • You must not need long-term blood thinners for another condition.
  • You cannot have severe kidney disease or be on dialysis.
  • You cannot have had a recent stroke, bleeding ulcer, or stomach bleed in the past year.
  • You must not have a low platelet count or serious liver disease.
  • You must not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
