Who can take part
- You are 19 or older and have a HeartMate 3 left ventricular assist device (LVAD).
- It has been at least 30 days since your LVAD surgery.
- You have been taking warfarin to keep your INR (blood thickness) at the standard level (2.0-3.0) for at least 30 days.
- You are willing to follow the study plan and come for follow-up visits.
