Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 30 years old.
  • You do not have pituitary or hypothalamus disorders.
  • You do not have thyroid problems, high blood pressure, or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
  • You do not have serious heart, liver, kidney, or stomach/intestinal problems, and you are not dealing with a current acute infection.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not taking hormone or psychotropic medicines (including hormone birth control).
