Who can take part

  • You must be 21 years old or younger.
  • Your leukemia must have a protein called CD19 on the cell surface.
  • Your leukemia must have come back after treatment or be resistant to treatment.
  • You must be well enough to have a performance score of 50 or higher (like being out of bed at least half the day).
  • If you've had a stem cell transplant before, you must be fully recovered, have no graft-versus-host disease, and not have had a donor lymphocyte infusion in the last 28 days.
