Who can take part
- Age 18–69 years old
- Diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), lymphoblastoma (LBL), or B-cell lymphoma
- Cancer that either came back after CD19-targeted therapy or has weakly expressed CD19 markers
- Cancer that is relapsed or refractory (didn't respond to or came back after standard treatments)
- Good organ function: kidney clearance >60 ml/min, heart ejection fraction ≥50%, oxygen levels >92%, and normal liver tests
- Expected to live at least 3 more months and have an ECOG score of 0–2 (able to do light activities)
