Who can take part
- You must have confirmed B-cell ALL with CD22 on the leukemia cells (at least 20%).
- You must have an approved spinal tap/CSF check showing no active leukemia in the fluid around the brain/spinal cord.
- You must provide bone marrow and blood samples for MRD testing (an ultra-sensitive test for leftover leukemia).
- You must be able to start treatment soon, with good heart, liver, kidney, and clot-free electrical-heart rhythm values.
- You must not be pregnant or nursing, and pregnancy must be ruled out before starting.
