Who can take part

  • Your transplant was 5 years or less ago
  • You have BOS based on breathing test and scan rules, or a recent BOS diagnosis/change
  • No current lung infection is found on recent tests (like chest X-ray/CT and cultures, if symptoms suggest)
  • You can do breathing tests repeatedly (PFTs) and understand the study well enough to consent
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Your liver blood tests are not too high, unless explained by liver graft-versus-host disease
