Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 or older and were diagnosed with BOS after a stem cell transplant
  • Your breathing test (and/or lung scan) shows specific pattern changes that match BOS, with set cutoff values
  • You do not have a current uncontrolled lung infection (you may need recent tests like scans or cultures)
  • You have enough blood and liver function (based on blood counts and AST/ALT limits)
  • You have not had prior treatment specifically for BOS, and you’ve never taken belumosudil
  • You are not enrolled with another investigational immune-suppressing drug; and you don’t have HIV or hepatitis B/C needing treatment
